Salary and benefits are better. Incentive structure is the best.

Dislikes

Everything else is crappy. No work life balance. Work gor 11-12 hrs still not sufficient.

If you do sales and given Target you will be happy otherwise you will tourchred by managers.One good thing in Just Dial CIC you have free time to do your work sometimes don't need to take leave That you can manage it.

Dislikes

No changes in service and from paid customers end they have negative response.Users are now a days looking in Google Ads and Urban Clab .Now no one going for Just Dial Search engine
