Yes off cause offensive lang. some of manager forget that I feel there need to be changes in every departments. change all managers from mumbai department they all feel thier chair is fixed. dint respect senior, insulting in front of newcomer, no ecs down payment incentives late scheme amount, I didn't get October month salary incentives although I did 1lakh after putting so many mail zero response.HR says ask HOD and they are not even replying, Mr Gandhi using offensive lang. During my joining he was v gentle previous 3 years he is out of control worst rules letting women's seat in office 9am till,9.30pm that's why I say there is no personal life you will earn money in the end restless man /women get sikh and use that money in treatment, the only thing I hate management and their rules they breaking company own rules no week off late seating in pandemic target base salary sense less targets. 1 six months I work in remote city team also got rnr award then shifted to Bounce team mainly my skill knowledge get growth I enjoyed there a lot then shifted hot data worst team no support from manager and tL I love my work but due to management i eft.
