Likes

Very unorganised company and biased leadership. Since there just one leader in India, it was more of a monopoly governance. No one is allowed to voice their opinion and if that is done the person is targeted. Senior leader started appointing his known group without any interview or genuine experience (ex HR head). The leader practices blame game approach to win over his liking crowd. Company rules changes every now and then with any justification. Over made during the company is never followed....Read More

Work Details

First there is dual reporting which make your decision making difficult. No leader has a logical approach towards solving problems because even wants to save themselves. Onshore quality manager was gender biased and never appreciate anything.
