My experience working here has been disappointing due to several unprofessional practices. Manager and HR and VP always Salary deductions and hold are made without prior communication or explanation, which is both unfair and demotivating. There is a lack of transparency, and excuses are often given instead of solutions when concernsare raised. The workplace culture is heavily dominated by politics, and employees are treated poorly, almost like laborers, instead of valued professionals. Higher management always blame backend team and deduct salary.At notice period and after they harass.and Manager created negative work environment and created conflict with employees....Read More
