Managers play important role in any organization. Here managers don't support employees. They should give a chance to employees to learn. and also they should give some time to udjust in such environment. They hire for 5-6 months as contract and after completion immediately remove employees, Because of this managers there will be bad impression on company. When new employee joins any company nobody becomes 100% perfect , Every manager should give some time to learn. Guys please be careful and request don't join as contractor , Normally when we dont have job we will be ready to join as contractor, Because of commitments. This people make us fool and ask us to join as contactor and tell us after 1 year based on performance we will be permanent. After permanent our salary will be increased . But this people will not make us permanent and ask to continue as contractor , Because there will be no hike in salary. Because of these Managers....Read More
