Pramotion process You have lots of responsibility but zero power. Even if you want to correct MOQ have to do meeting with CEO lavel and even after this it take 30 days. Asset management is very poor, didt use hub capacity 100%. More pressure on ground team, like MEs and delivery heros . Didt give hike from last 3 years to Sales Ground team, even didt give Basic PF and ESIC benifit. Every thing controled by HO, HO analysts give any solution like metro citys, but on ground sitiuation are diffrent. Focusing on CM3+ but didt control theft and corruption like taking cut from venders, loss of inventory due to multipul things. Sourcing team is one of worst part of org., Didt even close to comptition. Prices high even from FMCG companys TUR.
