I like the fact that l was giving a Free hand to performed my job which enabled me to explored and divisified on my duties and this gave me the needed experience because they trusted me .

Dislikes

I did not like some of the company policy that restricted women from holding a certain position in the company for the fear that they might need to be excused from work during maternity's period

Its was construction work that involved going to site and work under the hot sun sometime, its was hectic and strenuous but l did enjoyed it

the poor rate of salaries, and job insecurities.

I love doing the mobile crane operating job, the love of the job first, so am excited doing crane job anywhere , I don't have dool moments in the crane job.

Julius Berger Nigeria plc Is a very good company, a place to be I enjoyed working there, I had a good working relationship with my coworkers, the salary is at an average when you compare with other organizations, the working environment is conducive enough for staff, is a place where one can learn.

Dislikes

The way and manner they retrenched staff without benefits and nothing to fall back on at the end of your service years.
