No job security. Employers plans keep changing. Better to take appointment and terms of work on paper. Employer didn't pay at all to the staff for entire lock down period.

Work Details

Since I had good work experience in the field of ivf, i was performing most of the procedures at juhi fertility centre. But i didn't have freedom to decide protocols or do embryo transfer procedure.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
