1) Disconnected leadership : The Ceo is entirely focussed on strategy buzzwords but has zero grasp of the ground - customer pain points, operatoins, product. His obsession with theroetical frameworks leaves execution in shambles 2) Toxic Leadership culture :- The senior leadership team is more concerned with office polictics and staying in good books of ceo rather than fixing any real business problems 3) Terrible product quality :- The tech is fundamentally non-existent in a supposedly ecommerce product company. fundamental things like order processing, payments and ledgers are failing 4) dysfunctional operations : The opreations team lacks competance and accountability leading to endless escalations and customer dissatisfaction 5) No Cross Functional Synergy : Teams work in silos with no co-ordination making collaboration impossible 6) Employee - unfriendly policies : Zero flexibility - No wfh, not even for a day. employees are routinely forced to work on saturdays with no regard for work-life balance 7) Frustrated customers : Company's only surviving due to pricing discounts and thereby customers stay out of compulsion not loyalty. 8) flawed business model :- There is no sustainable competitive advantage-Just a lot of smoke and mirrors...Read More
