Techno - Commercial Manager (Pipes & Tubes)

Position Overview: The Pipe & Tubes Technical Sales category Manager will responsible for driving business development, sales and market growth of pipe and tube products .

Job Responsibilities:

- Leading Category expansion, GTM and growth strategy, Insight generation & streamlining end-to-end process for order execution.

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to capture new business opportunities and expand market share.

- Expanding the P&T category at PAN India level.

- Developing growth strategy, improving pricing strategy, driving team for expansion, order fulfilment, generating business.

- He will have to provide comprehensive technical support to customers and the sales team to drive growth.

- Plus, will have to interact with customers, negotiate for price/technical requirement etc.

- He will lead the P&T category by training sales team, working them to identifying & interact with potential customers to create and maintain demand from these customers by fulfilling the requirements.

- He will have to oversee complete customer on-boarding journey.

- He will need to understand market trends, consumptions patterns, pricing trends to device strategies to drive category growth based on such trends.

- He will have to analyse data or insights, do competitor mapping to determine industry and consumer trends.

- Will be responsible for establishing an integrated category plan to reinforce the Company &presence as a total solution provider in the building material space.

Requirement:

- Ideal candidate should have good understanding of P&T market in India including various brand's dealers/distributions network plus overall consumption patterns for P&T across regions/geographies.

- Candidates should be with Engineer & MBA experience and excellent in communication, analytical skills, presentation skills.

- 10+ years of overall work experience in Category Management in P&T Industry.

- Preferred industry: ERW Pipes and Tubes industry.
