JSW Group is spearheading a new mission called JSW One to build the most preferred one-stop, omni-channel & integrated tech-led offering for MSMEs in the manufacturing & construction industry through a multi-brand, multi-category marketplace. JSW One also operates a B2C business called JSW One Homes for individual home builders (IHBs).
To fulfill the above mission, we're looking for entrepreneurial and experienced product managers to join our team in Mumbai and play a key role in building the product and the technology. Working directly with both customer and internal technology and business leaders alike, this role presents an opportunity to have a tangible impact on the future of the home construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Brand partnership: Develop and maintain strong relationships with brand partners and sellers toalign on objectives and strategies for mutual growth. Identify new partnership opportunities andcollaborate with brands and sellers to create innovative initiatives that enhances businessperformances. Leverage brand partnerships to drive sales and expand market reach.
- Brand performance analysis: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of brand partnership andseller initiatives, using insights to optimize strategies and enhance collaboration.
- Market Expansion: Drive the growth strategy for Pipes and Tubes across PAN India, improvingpricing strategies and fulfilling orders efficiently to generate substantial business growth.
- Integrated Planning: Establish and implement an integrated category plan that positions JSW Oneas a total solution provider in the building materials space.
- Market Insights: Analyse market trends and consumer preferences to identify opportunities fornew product development and category expansion that meet customer needs.
- Financial Management: Manage budgeting and top-line planning while ensuring strong bottom-line performance for assigned categories.
- Value Chain Innovation: Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and marketing teams to driveinnovation and enhance the value chain.
- Data Analysis: Utilize data and insights to assess industry trends and consumer behaviour,enabling informed decision-making and strategic planning.
- Lifecycle Management: Oversee the product category life-cycle from strategic planning totactical execution, including creating product roadmaps and securing executive buy-in.
