Terrible organisation. Work ethics are poor and the lots of politics. Salary payment is never on time. Higher authorities won't even treat you like humans and would expect you to work even after your working hours. Highly unprofessional. They call you on Sundays with a promise of giving comp offs but you will never get those leaves.No HR policy in written. They will reject your leave for no reason and expect you to come on Sundays.
