Everything From Tools to be used Sparsh for support from HR Policies Knowledge of HRBP They Follow unethical practice to hire a candidate and make false promises. once you cleared one year and as per policy should be eligible for appraisal but that did not happened because my HRBP changed multiple time and then I need to explain everyone about same thing and got same reply every time. There is nothing mentioned about leave encashment in offer letter but still they told me that I am not eligible and asked me to resign just because client rolled off me. Gave me only 15 days to find a job without any severance pay....Read More
