All bangalore / Indian team are all slav____ to HQ / Korean team. All leaders are from Korean team. No leaders allowed to control anything. Even if become director / VP, you don't have any control here. Koreans have kept Indians like slav---- Unnecessary work pressure. No software quality. Everything is hidden. It is hire and fire company. somehow they will do the buisness by giving offers. After sometime it will not work . Don't join samsung anywhere in India. All are treated as slav___ by HQ / Korean team. No control in India. Recruitment team is giving 5 ratings in reviews. Don't trust this company...Read More

Food is great. Worklife balance is great. No one will call after 5 pm. And expect you to work. Depends on some teams.

Worst company to work in if you want to develop your skills. There is redundant work and monotonous work every day. Also, the upper management is very weak. They understand that Koreans are God for them. Whatever they say will have to be done either way. They don’t have spine to stand up for themselves. Also talking about the managers. Most of the managers are womanisers and the rating is based on who the manager likes and what that person is able to give to that manager. I faced the same thing in my team. It is not based on what skill you have, or how much you have done for the team, how much work you you are showing. They treat korean counterpart like god's, whatever they say will be done no matter how stupid, local management doesn't have guts to refuse or argue. No software development lifecycle, Every process is like government office, needs unnecessary 20 approvals. Useless HR department, they don't address complaint against management.

Feels like a government job. You can just draw salary from this company. There is no new work so you can easily come to the office and chill.

Dislikes

There is nothing to like about this company specially in the operations department. The management is the worst they do not give a damn about you and your growth. No benefits until you butter the manager. People who work here are more concerned about other people’s work, if they are doing good instead of improving they start bitching about that person. No growth. Boring work.

At Noida office, No work life balance, Loaded with office politics, higher management is full with old folks who do not know basic things. Work is on technology i.e. from the stone age. No cloud yet in 2024.
