Everything is bad here. Just come and work and go home. No aspirations, No goals n nothing at all. Very cheap politics at every level.

You would get more opportunities to upskill and learn new things. Work life balance is somewhat good compared to other companies. Yearly bonus is good.
Dislikes
It was good before but recent org level changes and layoffs changed everything. Most of the people who were working for Deere for last 15-20 years were being sacked. A employee centric company turned it's culture towards money centric.
