The timings are not strict. Not much of micro-management. Located at the centre of the city. There are few extremely talented people in the top level management/ managers.

Dislikes

No proper training, not even for freshers. Salary is credited on 5th of every month. Sometimes it can be the 7th. No proper workload management. The experienced emp gets lot of work and the fresher won't get any work to do. You resign and you are treated differently. The appraisal won't be done on time. It will be given somewhere around June. No fun at all...like none. Only few people will get yearly bonus....Read More

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
