Company has legacy code and is not as up to the market in terms of new technologies. Otherwise it's one of the best companies to work for. Culture, top management, work life balance is top notch. 👌 I enjoyed my time at TIAA thoroughly! I might again join the organization in future!

Dislikes

The only thing is quality of work as the use of new tech is less, but they are trying to step up. So I am hopeful it will be matching the market pace soon. Also, as it is a captive organization, the variety of work is less, one might get bored and feel stuck after a while.
