Work culture is not good no training provided to new joining favouritism going with management very bad types of politics, HR are not supportable if any employee raised any query Work application on very old technique also 12 to 13 years that's why no growth. Overall work environment is very toxic and mental harassment with that touchering is done. Company Culture - The management in Finance/Accounting Department has an licking culture. Favoritism. Work is very manual and systems are decades old. Work which you get is something the US Team detest to work. Promotions are for those in managers good books and not performance based
