The work culture is really Bad, The Senior level/management level are pushing to their lower management's like anything. same is purging till last level. No Synch from higher level to low level. not proper communication channels and always expecting high output by giving low input in terms of Information or Payments.

Got to learn a lot at Reliance Jio. The work culture is amazing and work life balance is also good . The seniors and very supportive and with their guidance I improved my technical skills.

If you are in love with 9 hours working inside of office (punch in - punch out) in 21st century, you will love this place. Irrespective you have work or not, you are not allowed to leave early (monthly 3 exceptions are allowed) Also the Mumbai office has over 30 buildings over 500 acers! salary is very low. work life balance is bad. we have to cheat customers to achieve target and also if a customer complain to our senior that they are being cheated then pur job is in danger bur seniors also want us to cheat customer in a better way without being cought. also if there is festival comming then you have to work all 7 days for 2-3 weeks. no weekoffs given
