Likes

Horrible working conditions at project site and company areas. Management and HR unprofessional. Deduction in Variable pay after the completion of financial year. 24 Hrs works. Unsafe work culture in the plant areas. Plant area Traffic is abnormal.

No bathroom and toilets at project sites and office areas. 24 Hrs work No professional seating area. Heavy vehicle Traffic HR benefits deduction No job guarantee and security Owner frequently visits plant and treats employees just like gulams and some times termination
