Everything,they don't give expenses, and salary timely most of the time they pay expenses after 3 4month here at dishlaa we don't have job security they can terminate anytime to any employee for no reason and the worst thing is that they don't even give appraisal to their employees every year this is the reason 90% employees are working here from less than 6month

The mid management doesn't know how to grow retail and channel marketing. They don't trust their ground level employees and doesn't provide support. Here the pressure is immense and without any reason anytime your job can go
