Overall company policies are good . They have got strong brand name and market leaders in stainless steel .People are cooperative and immense learning opportunities are available .

Dislikes

As company is growing Career progression ,job rotation , compensation benchmarking are some of the are where focus is getting increase which was earlier missing

Work Details

My current role is challenging and I like it . Initial 2-3 years I struggled in absence of role clearity and good profile and now I have gor multiple things to do .
