Supervise the production of EAF to minimize breakdown and zero delays, minimum time to repair.

Effective planning, utilization of shutdown & breakdown time to complete PM Jobs, quick restoration of process if the breakdown occurs, analysis of root cause, taking corrective action to avoid breakdown, process improvement through innovative idea implementation, planning of spares, and creating a safe working environment.

Knowledge of Mechanical maintenance of EAF/IF/AOD Equipment, hydraulics, Flow control valve, Pressure Control Valves, Pumps etc. Relevant knowledge in SAP, MS Office
