I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. They are trying to make employee work-balance life, it is very good.

Dislikes

HR dept. gives always false comments. they show different and big packages and after joining they told you lots of rule and company's policy. Finally, you get less salary as compare to last company paid.
