Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?

No job security. Toxic culture. Lot of office politics. Employees are not trusted. Favouritism culture. For each and every thing, employees are judged. Lack of defined proper communication channels. Management and HR inaccessible and non-responsive most of the times. No career growth opportunities. Job role and responsibilities didn't match what employee signed up for most occasions. Low salary.
