I / We need yearly vacation and annual increament most of employees was left after finish contact because employees didn’t get increament after finish 1st contract and aslo vacation problem from employer side. The (jash technical service ltd) employer are making promise to employees will send you vacation and you will get increament after finish your contract. But this promise are fake 90%!

I dislike because we are technician and we are working under senior engineers / site engineers. They are giving work to technicians and technicians finish his work very well. And we are thinking if i will work very well then we will recieve some increament after finish 1st contract. But the problem is all technicians work credits taking senior engineers or site engineers. Then after the 1st contract we know what happened (no increament for technicians) That’s why most of employees are leaving permanently from this company....Read More

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every years.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a choice wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within same team.
