Worst work life balance. Please forget your personal life and then join the company. Salary is deducted. Its better to wait and find another job then cry here. You can be fired anytime in the company

There is no growth no stability. Just hire and fire. I would definitely not recommend any of my friends to join jaro ever. Moreover,this company is not only just hiring and firing but also spoiling the career of many. They just want their work to be done. There is no fix out time. Overloaded with work. Incentives criteria pathetic.

Pathetic company. Salary deduction is too much. No employee satisfaction and security. Just hire and fire company. Bad and worse decision of my life that i took a chance to become jaro employee. It was challenging. But company fail to understand my passion and dedication. They just ask person to resign if he fails to achieve target even a month. Very bad.

Not at all good for people who are serious with their career. Daily hunt for your bread and butter is the case where your butter will be stolen by your manager only.
