Help me choose New Regime or Old Regime for my salary revision

Hi I am working as a full stack Architect (14 yeo) and Following is my CTC. Please help me calculate in hand salary and choose New or OLD regime. I have been doing Old regime till last year with a salary of 48 CTC. Now post revision it increased to 56L CTC effective March 1st. My PF alone will cover 80C Also have additional 50000 contribution in NPS My HRA is around 25K per month (300000) Health insurance for family 28000 Mom's medical expense 30000 (No personal (Have medical complications) or corporate insurance unfortunately) I have a home loan however its under construction, so not eligible yet for tax benefits

Dislikes

...work life balance. Please forget your personal life and then join the company. Salary is deducted. Its better to wait and find another job then cry here. You can be fired anytime in the company

There's nothing I liked about working with his company They torture you every single morning If you don't complete the target they'll remove you without prior notice

Dislikes

It's been 3 months now that I've not received my salary This is absolutely the worst company ever I regret the day I gave interview here My mental health is completely devastated because of the torture that they've put me through Also I have to beg for my salary, they are not releasing it month start month end these are the only answers they give and then they won't reply to the mails Horrible experience

There is no growth no stability. Just hire and fire. I would definitely not recommend any of my friends to join jaro ever. Moreover,this company is not only just hiring and firing but also spoiling the career of many. They just want their work to be done. There is no fix out time. Overloaded with work. Incentives criteria pathetic.

Dislikes

Pathetic company. Salary deduction is too much. No employee satisfaction and security. Just hire and fire company. Bad and worse decision of my life that i took a chance to become jaro employee. Most of them most of them just leav in 3 4 months. Targets r unrealistic. Package is good but deduction is equally worst. Highly dissatisfied.

Like about Jaro? good joke anyways it might be good for freshers who want to learn sales by selling third party product.

Dislikes

...e in the market, people doubt them a lot and I believe people are right as well. If you don't reach on time then they will cut your salary so be smart.
