Janbaaz construction Pvt Ltd is one of the best company for Civil engineers, This company provides 100% of job Security, its work culture is incredible, management team is supportive and they understand the need of their employees, company has vast and good future plans and it is one of the fastest growing company not in Kashmir but also in India.

Dislikes

As per my experience of 1 Year and 3 months as a quantity surveyor, I have learned a lot of skills that I have today, there is no bad thing which I should be highlighted. work environment is good

Work Details

My role with Janbaaz Construction Pvt Ltd was to prepare reconciliation of materials, Email process, bill of execution of work, Finance (payment transactions to the labors and vendors), and to work on Ariba Network

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

a system engineer

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
