1st and for most is there is no HR policy for employees and HR's behaviour is very very bad for employees, infact HR ask employees for business and take report of business... And very bad culture

No work life balance, no holiday, no more leaves only he is working Sunday and sutraday alway take approval holiday days he said holiday is normal working day pure politics and HR policy is very bad he is not responsible time issue. Company have not processed only old Employee is good He Target new joining Employee No sitting area every manager not listening your problem customer also face problem I thik every think is wrong this organization is bad only old Employee is cool.
