Company culture is very low and poor, as compare to bandhan and ujjivan, jana's work culture is very poor

All employees are dnt know how to maintain dresscode, language is very abusive all the time, no one respects eachother, only pressure is there, work environment is very low, and HR is also a lier person who shows very well the bank but it's really not true
