There is no value on position. If they want to reduce manpower they will start people to hurt and minimizing the rating in the appraisal. Maximum people's Life get spoiled . And Most of the Management Trainees got stuck for sometime. Bad days started from 2018 When inexperienced people joined in higher positions (Zonal).
