The working culture is very bad. Especially the behaviour of the branch head is very bad. Branch head treat employees like servents and he forces the employees to resign forcefully. I am working here last 2 years. Here is no work culture. No Banking holiday. Sunday also working. Our office time is 7 am to 3.30 pm . But Without any reason we are kept in branch till 8.30 to 9. Am. If any doubt pls check bank cctv footage. No job security. If protest you will be transferred very long distance. ( This is my review for WB1). I WANT TO GIVE 1 ⭐. PATHETIC SITUATION.
