No social distancing between employees for sitting arrangement, no good sanitizers provided, people don't wear masks properly at all times, in the name of cost cutting they switched off all the ACs and gave plastic table fans when there is no ventilation in the premises at all, many employees lost their job including me by making usto resign so there is no security and safety of Job and it's employees too....Read More

No social distancing between employees for sitting arrangement, there is no management at all right from the upper level, no coordination and lac of communication, no proper and easy softwares used to work, no benefits provided, very poor work culture, No growth over here, favouritism and shoe lickers are always given priority, etc etc and many more......

The company's Project Janalakshmi was the worst step by company, in Janalakshmi the team mates everytime wants to kick you out from the company.It doesn't matter what you perform what matters is how you treat to the branch manager & operation manager. Every day the same work there isn't any single thing for learning. No job security, they just removed their employees from other branches in the name of cost cutting (although they were performing good).
