The work culture and ethics are purely socio-economic based which is the only positive aspect. Overall, work experience is good but politics makes it terrible to work at.

Dislikes

Work place politics is at peak. People have bad attitudes which hamper overall growth. Salary is way too less compared to peer banks.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1.
