Working at Jakob and Partners has been a challenging experience for several reasons. The office politics are pervasive, creating a toxic work environment. My manager lacks the necessary knowledge and leadership skills, which hampers my ability to learn and grow. Opportunities for professional development are virtually non-existent. Additionally, the company’s micromanagement extends to calculating washroom time, which is both demeaning and stressful. The HR department has only 1 person and she thinks, she has own company. Although the company advertises a performance-based bonus as part of the CTC, it is rarely, if ever, awarded. The company pays double after probation. The salary increases hefty and the bonuses are amazing. In short, after completing 1 years your salary become 63 thousand from just 25 thousand. But the environment is toxic
