Company is not going to give you appointment letter at first, no pf, no increment, no incentive, even after hard work company will neglect you, this company will treat you as a labour, your degrees ceetificates is only to show him that you are qualified, you will have to wait for 3-4 months for one month salary

Company is only for 1 family not for employees,

Yes, work is exciting, but company do not dispatch material on time, and thereafter, if delay in work, you will be penalised
