I had the worst interview experience from this company. Keeping people on hold even after the salary discussion and pretending that some confusion has happened. I mean these people don't have clarity for anything. Just having a pretty office doesn't mean that the company is really good. I would say join at your own risk because these people don't have a sense of responsibility when they don't even issue offer letter their work is done by using the LOI. Back when I was working with Jack Martin then forcefully asked me to put a positive review, since I have left let me edit this and share my honest reviews. So the founders Father and son duo has created a toxic culture, it's like a dictatorship. In 8 months 4 times HR policies were changed, that too stupid policies where the lunch time is fixed 1:30-2. You cannot step outside apart from these timings, and if you get even 2 mins late then you receive an email to working extra for half an hr lol....Read More

I can literally write a paragraph on this. That's not even a company. They disrespect female employees son and father both. We don't even treat our house help so bad just like they do. Poor ethics, non practical approach and you won't learn anything. They are always hiring because people leave in a day or two if tortured then in a month. The work environment is absolutely pathetic, with no respect shown towards the employee. Despite the hardwork many of us put in , there is a clear lack of appreciation and recognition. The companies policies are either nonexistent or not followed or changed according to the will of MD(Which changes everyday). Completely disorganized workplace, Completely unprofessional behaviour of Directors, They will treat you like a slave .Working hours are very strict if you are late for 2 minutes your half day will be marked but if you stay more then 9 hours there is no count of over time.I would never ever recommend anyone to work here, Atleast for the people who value respectful work environment. Hypocrite Employers. They find stupid reasons to deduct employee's salary. They do not pay their Vendors and service providers on time for months. Abusive and disrespectful Directors. Do not know how to talk to people. We treat our maids better than they treat their employees. They force their employees to make fake reals for company's promotion on social media.
