The Company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of the team that markets reliable and high quality products and has global client base and i get to travel vendors and learning and work environment and work - life balance with week ends. my colleagues come from various cultural background and we work happily in collaboration. Dislikes

compensation is decent but growth is slow, the work pressure is very high sometimes. Managers do not value an individuals unique strengths, which is why i have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals.

Work Details

Generally speaking, my work is slightly challenging as i have to look after the entire product and distribution life cycle as well as manage day-to-day yield operations. I keep an rolling demand calendar ready, hoping that some day I will get recognized.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do?
