The employees are good and friendly. Payment is received on time every month. Bonuses are given during Diwali. The office is located close to the nearest train station. There are good chances of developing contacts with vendors, architects and designers.

Dislikes

The management is not very supportive. They do not like to see the employees getting along with each other. No sick or paid leaves are given. The entire office building is rat infested. The management staff are not very experienced or knowledgeable in their own field of work and it makes it difficult to gain any sort of knowledge from these seniors. No facilities like tea/coffee or evening snacks is provided by the company. Travel allowances is not covered by the company. Even site visit expenses are not reimbursed. Work Details

The work is not very stressful. There is no formal training but freshers get the chance to learn the tricks of the trade as they get a head start into the work. Opportunities to develop contacts with vendors, architects and designers are frequent.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)
