a process engineer

Need urgent career help!

Hello all passed out BE mechanical in 2022 pursuing MBA in operation (will think about change second year) currently working in pharma company as a process engineer but the problem is the product they are manufacturing are sugar based product that are limited to this company only also no market scope. My work is pathetic and routine not learning anything also working under B.Sc graduate not making me any sense of working here. So how can i transition myself into other sector because pharma is not my cup of tea. or how to get relevant dept in pharma sector with same educated peers? I'm also into bond which will be completed in july 2025 but before completion of bond i want to resign from this company? Skill that i learned msexcel, sql, power bi how to make my career on track? Please anybody help!
