Likes

Company is innovative good and having latest technology for running Pharmaceutical business. Most of the work handling through software like LIMS and SAP system for proper work monitoring and maintain GMP environment. Most of products are exporting to Europe and US market. Company have successfully completed USFDA, EU, WHO, and many other audits.

Job security - Good
Work satisfaction - Good
Company culture - Good
Work-life balance - Excellent

Dislikes

No growth finincial or no promotion even u work for more than 3 or more years.
