CTO is a team lead material, so there's no scope for companies growth in the long term. Anyone joins the company has to manage Brahmin vs non-brahmin and North vs South Politics.

Izmo is totally filled with fraud people, all the management people are politicians, they should change their company to political party, they are doing nothing but politics. The so called CTO Mr. Sarbashish Bhattacharjee thinks that he is the owner of this shop called IZMO, and people like Jyoti and Biplob who claims to be HR team they are just licking soles of top management.

All the things are unmanageable here. They will treat you like a slave and always they will use street languages. Don't join this company otherwise your life will be hell here.
