CEO is just an employee in the organization like other. Organization doesn't bother if you all survive the sudden crises of layoff or not. Will just pay you for may be 3 or 5 months without even check int current market of job vacancies. They provide you with great competitive salary which becomes a problem for an employee after being laid off, which causses low salary expectation to get a job and survive. Was good until sometime ( 2.6 years) back. Had strong leadership and employee relationships were good. Work life balance and respect were in place.
Racism by UK management. Some senior leaders in UK ( old school ) leaders who have never seen the outside world treat Indians as daily wage workers. It reflects when they speak.
