Likes

The team is really helpful and caring. It’s fun working with people at IVM since no one micromanages you or interferes in your work. In fact, people from different teams will help you with your work and always involve you in everything. Work-Life-Balance is a 20/10.

Dislikes

People at the top can be really mean and disrespectful at times. They’re always chilling and fun but when it comes to work, they won’t be that chill. However, the founder himself is really nice and calm and understands the needs of his employees. Other top management people, not so much.
