It's a worst company which I ever sawn in my entire carrier life. My humble request for all people's those who really searching for good carrier life pls don't join in this company it's a really a worst company they won't give salary on time , won't give appraisal no employee benefits, no proper PF , no ESI no medical claim if hospitalized. Simply need to day na utter waste life waste.

Simply company is waste they are saying like RSB industries is parent organization if we reach with the phone number which they mentioned on website it was landing to RSB industries that's fine but after they picked up simply reverting like we don't know what is ivitesse from that day got that much of shock.

2 years of wfh opportunity due to COVID19.

Dislikes

Well there are all dislikes. No annual appraisal in past 3 years. Salary delay initially it was 15th of next month and gradually it moved to 30th or sometime 2-3 months delay. Very poor managerial skills. Management is not at all bothered about employee's sufferings.
