No work life balance. Almost all employees work like 12 hrs a day.No yearly bonus . "Bose culture"-There is a group of people who matters and not the company policies. V orthodox mindset of or here, Bose's literally shout & use abusive words . No cab facility for all employees.No job security- they keep waving off people!! HR does what the group of bosses decides and not the company policies!! Working hours--8:30am to 7pm . Saturdays are also working (9am-4:30pm). No canteen , evening brunch facility available in office premises. Cafeteria is Only for lunch.No work from facility even when you are sick and can't travel to ofc.No health insurance for parents...Read More

Its a well established company with all the ammo required to be a world class beater in the FMCG space.

Sometimes a plenty of any resource is not a good thing as one does not seem to value it. This seems to be the case now and needs to be addressed to make the company a true world beater in the FMCG space.
