Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joiners.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

It was a good experience, ITC like organization takes time to build on you, more you spend time here more good you feel here, ITC takes care their employees well, sometimes takes a bit of time but ultimately you will be rewarded

Dislikes

I was posted to a bad location, mgt couldn't take steps that I wanted early, later it was taken, But I loved that organization, it was my dream organization.

It was good, I had given the responsibility of a plant finance, they trust in me although I never have any thing to leave any doubt on my dedication, I spent less time there but ITC always remains within you. Thanks for having me.

It's hell for third party employee.. place of ragging for third party employee.. It's enough to destroy a well career.. Domination work culture, logic less, un professiona working culture.. Waiting for opportunaty to come out from this ragging.. Don't join as third party employee..
