The assistant staff and employees that are closely working with machines or on line are very supportive and helpful. You are allowed to work and visit every department you are willing to work with in the plant for your basic learning.

Dislikes

i don't know about other plants, but ITC haridwar biscuit and cake unit. The company culture is horrible, from my personal experience intial 1 month was good but afterward i started observing things happening to me and my colleague's the people their are supportive of your work but they don't appreciate new people getting into the affinity of the plant. They are horribly insecure of their positions, one more thing its a Male dominant plant, but they creat high voltage drama around every little thing going around in plant. Specifically talking about interns you could learn most in this unit but you will be stressed upto your core because some people in management don't know the personal and professional boundaries. Their people are very much interested in the life your are having outside the company. They are very critical and concerned about your character., with your internship certificate they do provide you with your character certificate too.
