The culture at ITC Infotech is something I haven’t experienced anywhere else. Even when work gets challenging, I know I’m not alone there’s always someone willing to help, which makes even the toughest projects feel manageable.

This company doesn't give you any stability. At the time of hiring , they say its a long term project and although its short term for only 3 months and after that they put you in bench and within 2 months you will be directly out of the company as per there policy. they don't have much projects as well, so within 2 months of time also u cannot go into any project. Poor HR system, no one responses for your queries. Typical non organised way to respond. Utterly pathetic management. No increment than less increment. Ranges from 0.5%-3%. I am working for a project since 9 months where customer has been demanding from Day1. ITC leadership made false and unrealistic commitments about delivery and we suffered.

Worst work life balance.Managers don't know how to handle juniors.Being a reputed cmmi level 5 company way of working is like a company in a 1bhk flat. Basically the ITD section is the worst division.Full of incompetent managers.Rather than work only politics happens.
